You can directly cancel the order by logging in to your account in www.AwQi.in. You can cancel the order until you receive it. If the order has already been dispatched, simply refuse to accept the delivery. Please visit Contact & Support page for customer support.
The customer can replace a product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Visit Contact & Support to request for a replacement. You can also whatsapp up us to request for a replacement.
If you think that the product specifications shown in the website are not as the product you received. You are requested to raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our support team will look into it and take appropriate decision.
A product will not be replaced under the following conditions:
- If the customer failed to notify the physical damage of the product within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any damage caused by the user like electrical surge, physical damage.

Out of Stock situations
We generally keep the stock up to date. But a mistake can happen and an order can be placed for out of stock product. In that case our customer support team will reach to you immediately and refund full amount.
